Free Business Ideas...

...Start a business without capital.

There are not many totally free business ideas. But there are a few.

Money Making Blogs - Setting up a free blog and getting advertisers with Google Adsense is one way. This takes time but, if successful, is a very easy way to make money. Take a look at the following link for further information Money Making Blogs

Writing for Money - There are various ways of creating an income through writing. Please take a look at the following link for ideas on how to do this Writing for Money

eBay Selling - Everyone has goods that they no longer use or need. The profit from these 'free' goods can provide the funds to buy other goods to sell at a profit and so another new business begins! Many people have started earning with this which is one of the easiest of free business ideas. Take a look at the following link for more information eBay Work From Home

Freelance Sales - If you have sales experience or are prepared to 'have a go', this may be the business idea for you. Take a look at the link if you want to investigate this possibility Telesales from Home

Online Surveys - This is not going to make you rich, it is more a way of earning pocket money but it is free and could create a little cash to enable you to take advantage of one of the many low cost business ideas around (see below). More information on this on the following link online surveys

Become a Mystery Shopper - Again this is not going to make you a lot of cash - though if you stick at this activity, it can become reasonably profitable after a few months. Further details at this link Become a Mystery Shopper

Local Business Marketing - This free business idea has resulted in the founding of some large and thriving businesses. The person who puts all those leaflets and flyers through your letterbox gets paid for doing so. Many of these people are self employed. They are people who have built up a reputation for reliability and a have a good relationship with local businesses.

Tidy Garages/Attics - Get up a bit earlier than usual on a Saturday morning. Dress in your oldest shirt, jeans and shoes. Set a price per hour for your time. Start knocking on doors and offer to tidy the garage/attic, tell the houseowner your hourly rate. After about 20 knocks, you should have a job. Make it very clear that you are not clearing but only tidying. It is the resident's responsibility to decide what is going to be removed and to arrange to move it.

Do it and do it well (you want recommendations) - separate things into rubbish, possible rubbish and 'others'. Put the 'other' items into good order. Get your money.

Use Tools You Already Own for Profit - This is one of the best free business ideas which I have seen work several times. If you already own some tool or appliance that most people do not own, then you can use this to create an income. For instance, most people do not own a pressure washer. If you have one, decide on your rates (low at the start is a good idea). Take your pressure washer out for a drive or walk, look for untidy drives, dirty boats, caravans. Stop, ask, get some work - do it and do it well (you want recommendations).

I had a friend years ago whose salary never seemed to cover his expenditure. Whenever funds were short (towards the end of every month), he took his hedge trimmer and walked the local streets stopping at all the houses with untidy hedges. He never went home empty handed.
